Job Purpose: To safely manufacture product through operating various equipment in accordance with the master batch record and in compliance with related SOPs and GMPs Job Duties: Accurately performs duties in accordance with SOP, GMPs, MBR, Environmental, Health & Safety procedures, Equipment Manuals and working instructions. Accurately completes all GMP documentation in their area of responsibility. Accurately performs ERP (Oracle) data entry and transactions as required. Notifies Supervisor of departures from procedure, product quality issues, safety incidents perform PSS entries Dismantles, cleans, assembles and sets-up processing equipment/rooms according to the equipment manuals and Working Instruction Ensures the proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment Prepare the necessary documents, including labels, logbooks, etc Effectively operates equipment and able to identify issues in a timely manner and escalates to the appropriate level for resolution Move and store materials in appropriate areas of facility, as required per department/Site. Education: Minimum successful completion of High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology is an asset Technical/Mechanical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SOP’s, GMP’s and Health and Safety procedures, including, OH&S Act WHMIS is preferred 1 year of experience in dispensing, compounding, coating, tableting or encapsulation is preferred Ability to lift 20 kgs. on a regular basis Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and Respiratory Protection Shift timing - Monday to Thursday - Night: 7 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.(Untill the end of 2017) Please note: For the remainder of 2017 shifts will be 4 days a week at 10 hour shifts.
