Customer Service OpeningWe are looking for a full time Customer Support representative who is detail oriented, friendly and extremely comfortable with technology.

In this role you will work on the front-lines, answering customer inquiries and performing administrative duties that include updating social media channels and preparing reports and documents for the sales team.

  • Builds win – win relationships with customers recommending business solutions through active listening and based on knowledge of Biz-Zone’s technology, products and services
  • Provides support and training to active customers enhancing a positive client experience
  • Is responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM database and producing all related documentation and reports
  • Works with the project manager to ensure client support issues are closed in a timely manner
  • Assists with other admin duties, including updating social media channels and preparing reports / documents as directed by the sales team

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to troubleshoot errors and solve simpler technical issues
  • Can gather and transfer information related to more complex issues to the project manager
  • Enough technical knowledge in order to understand web-based projects, including website design, programming and database projects.
  • Previous experience with website development a plus
  • Versatile, multitasking and proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Familiarity with social media an asset
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working with people, team-player
