We are looking for a full time Customer Support representative who is detail oriented, friendly and extremely comfortable with technology.
In this role you will work on the front-lines, answering customer inquiries and performing administrative duties that include updating social media channels and preparing reports and documents for the sales team.

- Provides support and training to active customers enhancing a positive client experience
- Is responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM database and producing all related documentation and reports
- Works with the project manager to ensure client support issues are closed in a timely manner
- Assists with other admin duties, including updating social media channels and preparing reports / documents as directed by the sales team
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to troubleshoot errors and solve simpler technical issues
- Can gather and transfer information related to more complex issues to the project manager
- Enough technical knowledge in order to understand web-based projects, including website design, programming and database projects.
- Previous experience with website development a plus
- Versatile, multitasking and proficient in relevant computer applications
- Familiarity with social media an asset
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Enjoys working with people, team-player
