I’ve been a resident of the town for the better part of 23 years, living in the same home in the hamlet of Bethesda with my wife Linda and our three daughters. Our eldest Erica, now married, resides in Moorefield Ontario, while Kyla and Krista continue to live with us. Linda is the office administrator at Stouffville Christian School, now located at Springvale Baptist Church, where our children attended before going to Stouffville High.

I am a self-employed landscape maintenance professional, and work primarily in and around the town. This allows me the luxury of being available for the duties and demands of being your councillor.

I am a church goer, an outdoor enthusiast, environmentally minded, mechanically adept, and politically conservative.

I am concerned about too much debt, passionate about protecting the communities of Gormley, Preston Lake, Lemonville, Ringwood and Bethesda, and at times I am incensed by unapproachable and insensitive governments.

I am a supporter of independent business, an advocate for small government, and a champion of free choice. I am committed to openness, transparency and accountability, the three touchstones of all honest administrations.

I listen freely. I speak out boldly. I am a staunch supporter of the rights of the individual, the power of the majority, and the protection of the minority. I believe in due process, but also wish for some measure of common sense in all things, especially government.
