Married to Janice for 34 years and a resident of Ballantrae.

Two beautiful daughters Denise & Ashlea and Son in law Arek.

Born and raised in Toronto.

Graduate of the Ontario Police College.

Professional Profile:

Thirty two years of  law enforcement experience with the Toronto Police Service spanning a cross section of areas of expertise such as: Criminal Investigations, Intelligence Bureau, Drug Enforcement and Undercover Operations.  The last 18 years spent in a leadership and management role responsible for business and resource management of  Toronto Police Service  operations through the managing, planning, organizing and training of police services and personnel.

Over six years of business operations and management experience in the private sector as the Vice President and Operations Manager for an international freight forwarding company and Owner and President of a Transportation company.  

First  elected to Council in 2003 as the Ward #2 Councillor. Re-elected to Council in 2006 as the Deputy Mayor.
