Sue Sherban is passionate about her community. A long time resident of Whitchurch-Stouffville and experienced municipal politician, Sue has been working for positive change in our community for nearly 16 years – first as an activist, then as a 2 term Town Councillor for Ward 6 and 1 term Mayor. Known for her hands-on approach, Sue gets to the heart of the issues residents care about and she makes things happen. A proven leader, Sue Sherban has a plan to bring back financial accountability and control spending. Get to Know Sue

If you know Sue you know she ‘loves’ this community! Sue has long roots here in both Whitchurch & Stouffville. Sue was born and raised on Musselmans Lake attending Ballantrae Public school and Sue married her husband Peter who had a cottage in the area in 1973. They have lived in town in Whitchurch-Stouffville since 1976, where they raised their three girls, Lindsay, Lisa and Lesley who attended Summitview P S and Stouffville Secondary. Lesley 24 graduate of Trent University and working as a Legislation Assistant, Lisa 25 a recent graduate of Ryerson University and Lindsay who now works at Stouffville Secondary and is engaged to her fiancé Angelo Bantis.
